We would confirm with all chairpersons as the following points in order to have a productive symposium.

Regarding the ban of photographing,
tape recording and using cell phones

We would like to remind you to turn off your cell phones. Please remember that unauthorized photography and tape recording are NOT permitted.

Habits of punctuality

Chairpersons are requested to arrive at their designated room at least 15 minutes prior to the session that he/she is scheduled to chair and take a seat in the front row to the right of the stage specially reserved for the next session’s chairpersons.

Please adhere strictly to the timetable for presentations and Q&A sessions to ensure the smooth running of the Meeting.

The other notes of caution

Please make yourself available for lively question-and-answer from the floor and discussion.

Reading abstracts in advance will help you prepare for a motive question from chairpersons when no one ask any questions.
